Privacy Policy

How StreamEmber processes account, streaming, transaction, uploaded media, security and website analytics data.

Effective date: 29 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Armsys Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, acting as data controller (“StreamEmber”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit streamember.com, create an account or use the StreamEmber launcher and Services.

1. Data controller

Armsys Teknoloji Limited Şirketi Sağlık Mah. Egemen Sk. Özkal Apt. No: 9 A, Merkez / Bolu / Türkiye Tax No: 0801232440 — Bolu Tax Office D‑U‑N‑S No: 448958802 Privacy contact: info@streamember.com

2. Data we process

Depending on your use, we may process:

• account data such as name, email address, user ID, age/eligibility information and account status;
• streaming profile data such as a TikTok or other platform username and public livestream event data;
• transaction data such as package, price, currency, payment status, transaction reference and a payment-provider customer reference. Full card details are normally handled by the payment provider rather than StreamEmber;
• files you choose to upload, such as video, audio and images used in your private tools and overlays;
• service and technical data such as device, application version, IP address, security events, error records, feature usage and support communications;
• website analytics and advertising data collected through cookies or similar technologies, subject to applicable consent requirements.

The launcher is not intended to use third-party advertising or external analytics trackers. Operational logs required for security, troubleshooting and delivery may still be generated.

3. Why and on what basis we process data

We process data to:

• create and manage accounts and deliver requested features;
• identify the user and connect a payment to the correct account;
• activate packages, provide support and maintain service continuity;
• display user-selected media in the user’s own overlay or tool;
• prevent account sharing, fraud, spam and attacks;
• diagnose faults, secure systems and improve reliability;
• comply with accounting, tax, consumer and legal obligations;
• measure website performance and, where permitted, understand campaigns.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in security and service operation, establishment or protection of legal claims, or consent where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to categories such as hosting/storage and infrastructure providers, payment providers, email/support providers, professional advisers, competent authorities and vendors that help us secure or operate the Services.

A payment provider may receive an email address, name, StreamEmber user ID or transaction reference so that a payment can be matched to the correct account. Providers act under their own terms or data-processing obligations. Because StreamEmber operates globally, data may be processed in countries other than the user’s country. We use safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable law.

5. Uploaded media and streaming data

Media uploaded to the launcher is used to perform the user’s chosen feature, such as displaying it in that user’s overlay. It is not intended to be made available to other StreamEmber users. StreamEmber processes it only as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the feature.

StreamEmber may receive public livestream events and usernames needed to trigger user-configured actions. We do not ask for a user’s TikTok password. Third-party platforms process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Retention

We retain account and service data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for support, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Transaction and accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Uploaded media is kept until the user deletes it, the feature no longer requires it or the account is closed, subject to temporary backup and security retention. Analytics and security records are retained according to configured periods and operational need.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Age and minors

StreamEmber accounts are not intended for children under 15. Users aged 15–17 require parent or legal guardian permission where they are not legally able to consent or contract on their own. Third-party livestream platforms may require users to be 18 or older for LIVE or monetization features; those rules apply independently.

9. Cookies

The public website may use essential cookies and, with consent where required, analytics or advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel. The separate Cookie Policy explains categories and choices. The launcher is not intended to contain third-party advertising pixels.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your data and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, information about recipients, or review of certain automated outcomes. Under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, data subjects also have the rights provided by Article 11.

Send a request to info@streamember.com with enough information to identify the account and request. We may verify identity before responding. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy when our Services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page; material changes will be announced where required.
