Terms of Use
Terms governing StreamEmber accounts, free and paid access, digital keys, user files, availability and acceptable use.
Effective date: 29 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the StreamEmber website, launcher, games, overlays, integrations, digital keys and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Armsys Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“StreamEmber”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company information
Armsys Teknoloji Limited Şirketi Sağlık Mah. Egemen Sk. Özkal Apt. No: 9 A, Merkez / Bolu / Türkiye Tax No: 0801232440 — Bolu Tax Office D‑U‑N‑S No: 448958802 Email: info@streamember.com
2. The Services
StreamEmber provides software and tools for interactive livestreaming, including launcher features, games, overlays, event mappings, translations, automations and related digital services. Some features are free; other features require a time-limited package, subscription period or digital key. Features, platform support and limits may vary by country, package, device and technical availability.
StreamEmber is an independent service. References to TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook or other platforms do not imply ownership, endorsement or control by those platforms. You are responsible for complying with every third-party platform’s current terms, community rules and age requirements.
3. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 15 years old to create a StreamEmber account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A paid purchase by a minor requires the consent of the minor’s legal representative.
Some livestream platforms impose a higher minimum age. In particular, a user may not host a LIVE, monetize a broadcast or use platform features unless they meet that platform’s applicable age and eligibility rules. A StreamEmber account does not override those rules.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. An account is personal and may not be shared, sold, rented or used by multiple unrelated people. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to StreamEmber.
5. Free and paid access
StreamEmber offers free features so users can evaluate compatibility and basic functionality before purchasing. Paid access is sold for a stated duration, such as 7, 15 or 30 days. Purchases do not renew automatically.
Each completed duration purchase is added to the account’s existing remaining time. For example, a 15-day purchase made while 7 days remain results in 22 remaining days. Purchasing another 30 days adds 30 more days. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the transaction qualifies under our Refund Policy, a completed duration purchase cannot be exchanged for or allocated to another transaction.
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Displayed consumer prices include applicable taxes. The payment page will show the final amount before confirmation. Payment providers may apply exchange rates or bank charges outside our control.
6. Digital keys
A digital key is considered delivered when it is displayed, made available in the account or sent to the user. Keys must not be resold, duplicated, disclosed or used outside their stated scope. Because a revealed key cannot practically be returned, key purchases are non-refundable after delivery to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Defective, invalid or incorrectly supplied keys will be reviewed and, where verified, replaced or otherwise remedied.
7. User files and content
You may upload video, audio, images or other files for use in your own tools, overlays and broadcasts. You retain ownership of your files. You grant StreamEmber a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit those files only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain security and operate the Services.
Uploaded files are not intended to be published to other StreamEmber users. You must have all necessary rights to use them and must not upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing material. You may delete supported files through the Service; residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
• share an account among multiple people or circumvent account/device limits;
• attack, overload, scrape, probe or disrupt the Services;
• send automated, excessive or spam requests;
• bypass licensing, payment, access or security controls;
• reverse engineer or redistribute software except where non-waivable law expressly permits it;
• use the Services to violate law, third-party rights or a streaming platform’s rules;
• introduce malware or use another person’s account, identity or content without authorization.
We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect service stability and other users.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably detect account sharing, spam, attempted attacks, fraud, security threats, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may request verification or give the user an opportunity to explain.
No refund is due for a suspension resulting from the user’s material breach, fraud, attack or prohibited account sharing, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The user remains entitled to contact us about an error or unauthorized use.
10. Availability, maintenance and service credits
We aim to provide reliable Services but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access and will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. Announced maintenance is not treated as an unplanned outage.
For a verified unplanned outage attributable to StreamEmber, we may extend affected paid accounts. Our usual practice is to add at least one day for a material same-day outage, and we may provide a longer goodwill extension. This service credit does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Refunds
Purchases are governed by the StreamEmber Refund and Cancellation Policy. StreamEmber additionally offers a voluntary three-day refund opportunity for a user’s first-ever 30-day package, subject to that policy. There is no automatic renewal to cancel.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where the user validly requests immediate performance or delivery of digital content and applicable law provides an exception to a withdrawal right, that exception may apply after the required information and consent have been obtained.
12. Intellectual property and licence
The Services, software, designs, code, games, trademarks and documentation are owned by StreamEmber or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose during your permitted access period. No ownership is transferred.
13. Updates and changes
We may update software, security measures, integrations and features. We may change these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced through the website, launcher or account contact details before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers and liability
StreamEmber does not guarantee audience growth, income, gifts, views, platform eligibility or uninterrupted access to third-party services. Platform API changes, game updates, network conditions and third-party enforcement may affect functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamEmber is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of opportunity or loss caused by third-party platforms, user equipment, unauthorized account sharing or use contrary to instructions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence where applicable.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-waivable right available to the user. Consumers may also use the competent consumer arbitration committee, consumer court or other authority available under applicable law.
