Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 29 October 2026

This policy applies to paid StreamEmber duration packages, digital keys and related digital services sold by Armsys Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.

1. No automatic renewal

StreamEmber packages do not renew automatically. A user actively chooses each purchase. Buying additional time adds that time to the account’s current remaining period; there is no recurring charge to cancel.

2. Try before purchasing

StreamEmber provides free features so users can test basic functionality and suitability before purchasing. Users should check system requirements, platform compatibility and the included features before payment.

3. Voluntary first-purchase guarantee

In addition to rights required by applicable law, StreamEmber offers the following limited commercial guarantee:

• it applies only to the user’s first-ever 30-day package;
• the request must reach info@streamember.com within three calendar days after that transaction;
• it does not apply to 7-day or 15-day packages, later purchases, added time, digital keys, transferred access, fraud, account sharing or a suspended account;
• if approved, the specific 30-day transaction is refunded and the corresponding 30 days are removed from the account. Any access time held before that purchase remains unchanged;
• each person, payment instrument and account may use this guarantee once.

We may request the account email, transaction reference and information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

4. Digital keys

A digital key is delivered when it is revealed, added to the account or sent to the user. Revealed or delivered keys are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. A key that is verified as invalid, defective or incorrectly supplied will be replaced or otherwise remedied.

5. Added and stacked time

Every duration purchase is a separate transaction and adds to the current remaining time. A later purchase does not reopen an earlier transaction’s refund period. Except for the eligible first 30-day purchase or a mandatory legal remedy, 7-day, 15-day and additional 30-day purchases are final after activation.

6. Immediate digital performance and mandatory rights

Paid access and keys may be supplied or activated immediately after purchase. Where applicable law permits an exception to a withdrawal right for immediately performed digital services or immediately delivered intangible goods, that exception may apply after the required pre-contract information, request and consent have been obtained.

This policy does not exclude statutory rights that cannot be waived. Unauthorized charges, duplicate payments, failure to supply the purchased access, and verified defective service will be investigated and remedied as required by applicable law.

7. Outages and maintenance

For a verified unplanned outage attributable to StreamEmber, affected paid accounts may receive an access-time extension. Our usual practice is to add at least one day for a material outage occurring during a day, even if the interruption lasted only several hours; we may add more as a goodwill measure.

Maintenance announced in advance, updates, failures of a third-party platform, the user’s internet or equipment, or suspension for a breach are not treated as a refundable StreamEmber outage.

8. Processing

Send requests to info@streamember.com with the account email, purchase date, package and transaction reference. We will communicate the result after verification. Approved monetary refunds are initiated to the original payment method; the provider or bank may require additional processing time.
