How StreamEmber Premium works
StreamEmber Premium costs 30 USD for 30 days and is paid inside the StreamEmber Launcher. New accounts get 3 days of Premium free. Payment is one-off: we don't store your card and Premium never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When the 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free plan.
Premium unlocks all games, 5 profiles, 2,000 TTS and 5,000 translations a day, unlimited automations, premium voices and priority support; see the full comparison on our pricing page. Refunds follow our refund policy, and streamers in our TikTok LIVE agency get Premium free.
Buy, extend or end Premium step by step
- 1
Open your subscriptions
In the launcher, open My Account → My Subscriptions. You see your current plan, the days left and your subscription history.
- 2
Pick a plan and pay
Under Plans, choose Premium and click Buy. Check the plan, duration and total, then click Continue to payment and finish the payment.
- 3
Add time before it ends
Use Add time to extend. The new 30 days are added to your current end date, so you lose nothing by extending early.
- 4
Redeem a voucher
Got a voucher code? Enter it under Redeem a voucher and click Redeem. The time is added to the end of your current plan.
- 5
Ending Premium
There is nothing to cancel. Just don't buy again: when the period ends, your account goes back to the free plan and keeps its settings.
Premium questions
Do I need to cancel Premium?
No. Premium is a one-off 30-day purchase that never renews automatically, and we don't store your card. It simply ends when the period is over.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled under our refund policy, linked above. Contact us with your account email and payment date and we will review your case.
Is Premium free for agency streamers?
Yes. Streamers in the StreamEmber TikTok LIVE agency get Premium free. Joining the agency is optional and not required to use the launcher.
